We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. Delivery is free for all orders above Rs. 5,000, while a standard shipping fee applies to smaller orders depending on your city.

Orders within Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. For other cities, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

Can I return or exchange a product if my pet doesn't like it?

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used bedding and opened food bags cannot be returned.
